Had this for supper last night. Cooked up some pork chops then cut them up and threw them in with some vegetables — carrots, potatoes, cabbage, mushrooms, and spinach. Was quite tasty!
I wish I had more recipies. Most that I find all have too many herbs/ingredients that I don’t like (ginger, cilantro—yuck). Most are spicy and I have no palate for spicy food whatsoever, so it greatly reduces my supper options.
